Our aim at Simply Unique is to provide you with the best possible service. All of our greeting cards are hand-created with the utmost care and dedication using the highest quality materials. However, we do appreciate that from time to time there may be slight problems for whatever reason. In the event you can return the item to us within 21 days, unused, for a refund or replacement. To do this, you need to contact us stating your order number and name and reason for return. You will be provided with an address to return your goods to. The goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them. We recommend that you either obtain “certificate of posting” or send your item recorded delivery. The goods will remain your responsibility until they have been signed for at the returns address. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or that have been damaged in the post. Please note that goods must be returned unused and in their original condition to qualify for a refund. If unwanted goods are not resalable then we cannot produce a refund. Refund will be processed to you within 7 working days. Delivery and return postage is non-refundable unless goods are faulty. We regret that we cannot refund goods, which have been personalised or customised is any way unless they are faulty, as they are not resalable. |

Our prices include world-wide postage and packaging.
If you would like the card delivered directly to the recipient, just use their address as the delivery address and add a note on checkout that the card is for direct delivery.
