Simply Unique Delivery Policy

We use La Poste first class tarif (French equivalent of British Royal Mail) for the delivery of all of our cards and Colissimo first class tarif (French equivalent of British ParcelForce) for larger consignments. All our cards are packed in protective packaging to ensure their safe transit through the postal system and final arrival at the delivery address. Items are posted within two days of ordering if they are in stock. Items that need to be made to order may take a little longer, but you will be advised of any undue delays by email. If you require an item urgently, you are advised to let us know at the time of ordering in the “special requirements” box.

All deliveries to all areas i.e. European and International normally take between 5-8 working days. We shall not be responsible where any failure or delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, fires, strikes, and failure of suppliers or distribution partners. In the event of such delay our obligations under the contract will be suspended for the period of the delay.
